家庭自制葛根粉

老汉他们去屋后坡下挖了一天,它是竖着往下钻的,很难挖,最后挖到这么些粗大肥硕的葛根,被惊讶到了,差不多有一百斤的样子。为了洗葛根,专门去买了一把铁刷子。第一道用铁刷子刷掉根上的泥土,第二道用清水和一般刷子洗净。我回去时,已经洗得差不多了,拿起一根,用嘴咬了一口,咀嚼了一分钟,感觉...

老汉他们去屋后坡下挖了一天,它是竖着往下钻的,很难挖,最后挖到这么些粗大肥硕的葛根,被惊讶到了,差不多有一百斤的样子。为了洗葛根,专门去买了一把铁刷子。第一道用铁刷子刷掉根上的泥土,第二道用清水和一般刷子洗净。我回去时,已经洗得差不多了,拿起一根,用嘴咬了一口,咀嚼了一分钟,感觉有点淡淡的甜味,试着吞了下去,没有任何不适,感觉良好。

然后摩托车驼到市镇上,用专门的机器碾得稀烂,为了充分出粉还要碾两道。最后形成糊状的东西,这时看起来有点泛黄,没有胃口。尤其是这个机器,看起来很脏。

这时,我去借了专门过豆花的架子和帕子,抽出井水将刚刚打回来的葛根糊搅得稀稀的,用手捞出里面的粗纤维,挤干,放在另一个盆里面再用水滤也残留的粉,这时把如涂料般的浆,倒进这个布兜里面,作圆周形的波浪旋转,将浆中的粉滤出来,最后形成一砣,再用手挤干,丢掉。

这是全部滤出来的粉了,满满一打斗。

这是部分渣。


最后等沉淀一天后,会形成极白的结晶物,再晒干,就可以冲开水喝了,可解毒利尿,加点蜂蜜据说更好。
